Louisiana Salesperson Pre-Licensing


Real Estate 101 is a 90-hour course and is a prerequisite to the State Exam. This course is one of the requirements of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to qualify for a Real Estate Salesperson license. You can see all requirements here. 

We offer the course with a 30-day, 90-day, or 180-day access limit. All three options have the same content. The only difference is the time available to complete the course. If you do not finish before your deadline, an extension may be purchased. Please see the course summary for extension information.

The course is a combination of written lessons, power point presentations, video presentations, and audio files consisting of 14 topics. Each topic includes several quizzes, a practice exam, and a topic exam. Also, there are practice final exams and a Final Exam. E-books are included with the purchase of this course. 

Our Computer Lab is open to students Monday through Friday during business hours for practice testing at our Baton Rouge location during your enrollment. Please call for available seating. You may also attend a review class at our Baton Rouge or Lafayette locations during your enrollment in the course.
