$25 This 4 hour continuing education course may be taken as an elective by Louisiana Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers for continuing education credit. This course covers a range of topics relevant to managing a brokerage office. These topics include property management, employment law and supervision of personnel, technology in the real estate practice, license renewal and license status, Fair Housing and ADA compliance, and common violations of the laws and rules. This course is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and ARELLO.
